The rise of new energy industry become future market of IGBT breaking point. Solar and wind power is needed to inverter, IGBT inverter is the universal method of solution. Solar energy needs will direct current into an alternating current, again grid use; Wind power generation, will produce the need fixed frequency alternating current to "pay-straight-pay" conversion, again grid use.
