2 the protection circuit design

In this paper the design centralized over-current protection circuit mainly for matrix converter IGBT. Figure 1 is the matrix converter topology structure, this is a 18 switch topology, it need 18 IGBT and 18 diode. In the three bridge rectifier level arm, each bridge by two arms two-way switch, four IGBT and four diode to form. Therefore, the centralized flow testing can only in rectifying the level of input, there for the ac signal, can through the following circuit testing.
